Human Resources Manager

Qualification
MBA HR / MHRD / MHRM / PGDM HR or Graduation from a Technical field.
Experience 5+ years of experience in the IT industry and 2+ years of experience in HR Management is a must.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and deductions.
Handle statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and TDS.
2. Appraisal & Performance Review
Design and manage appraisal cycles in coordination with department heads.
Conduct performance reviews and establish effective feedback frameworks.
Support managers in creating performance improvement plans.
3. Recruitment & Hiring
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Conduct campus interviews and build talent pipelines for fresh recruitment.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
4. Legal Compliances
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment acts, and company policies.
Draft and maintain HR policies, employee contracts, and legal documents.
Liaise with government authorities and auditors for compliance matters.
5. Training & Development
Identify employee skill gaps and design relevant training programs.
Organize technical, soft-skill, and leadership development sessions.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
6. Employee Engagement & Event Management
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and cultural events.
Organize team-building initiatives, celebrations, and CSR activities.
Foster a positive and engaging workplace environment.
7. HR Initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve existing HR processes, policies, and employee experience.
Introduce and implement new HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
Drive HR automation and leverage AI tools to improve recruitment and HR operations.
Develop and implement initiatives that support employee growth, learning, recognition, and career development.
Monitor HR trends and suggest innovative practices that can add value to the organization.
Take ownership of HR projects and continuously improve HR systems and processes.
Use HR analytics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven HR decisions.
