About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, hungry, and user-obsessed Product Architect / Associate Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. You will work directly alongside the founders and directors, shaping the product lifecycle for compliance-oriented software solutions like Prohibition of Insider Trading (PIT) automation, regulatory compliance calendars, and risk governance tools.
We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong finance and compliance foundation— or experienced professionals (including candidates returning to the workforce or those seeking flexible, part-time arrangements of 2–3 days a week in-office) who harbor a deep passion for software design and usability.
You already speak the language of SEBI and RBI circulars. But your superpower must be translating dry, bureaucratic compliance mandates into delightful, intuitive, and frictionless user experiences. We reject the notion that enterprise compliance software has to be clunky. Beyond architecting the product, you will be the consummate demo giver—confidently showcasing our tools to enterprise stakeholders and leadership teams with polish and charisma.
Key Responsibilities
Founder-Led Product Building: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders and directors to translate high-level vision and business strategy into concrete product roadmaps.
UX-First Product Thinking: Champion the end-user. Transform complex, intimidating compliance steps (like trade pre-clearance or disclosure filings) into clean, consumer-grade digital journeys with minimal cognitive load.
Mastering the Demo: Act as a consummate product evangelist. Own high-stakes client pitches, product walk-throughs, and live demos for enterprise buyers, effortlessly bridging technical features with business value.
Regulatory Decoding: Leverage your strong financial/legal background (CA/CS expertise) to dissect SEBI, RBI, and other financial regulations, ensuring mandates are baked seamlessly into the background without overwhelming the UI.
Prototyping & Execution: Collaborate on wireframes and user flows, owning modules from concept to launch while working closely with engineering to maintain design integrity.
