We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Retail & Distribution
SwissSparkle | Premium Skincare Brand
SwissSparkle is expanding its offline retail and distribution network across India, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can build a strong network of retailers, distributors, salons, beauty stores and skincare outlets for our growing skincare brand.
🎯 Your Key Responsibility
Your primary goal will be to develop and onboard at least 10 new active retail/distribution partners every month.Your primary goal will be to develop and onboard at least 10 new active retail/distribution partners every month.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying potential retailers and distributors
Building and managing a strong retail network
Generating B2B leads and converting them into active accounts
Pitching SwissSparkle products and commercial opportunities
Negotiating margins, orders and business terms
Developing territory-wise sales strategies
Maintaining strong relationships with retailers/distributors
Following up on repeat orders and account growth
Tracking monthly sales and new account acquisition
Identifying new markets and expansion opportunities
Working closely with the marketing and management team
📊 Monthly Performance Target
Minimum: 10 new active retailers/distributors per month
We are looking for someone who is sales-driven and capable of independently developing a market, rather than someone who only manages existing accounts.
👤 What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in sales/business development
Experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care or related industries
Existing retailer/distributor network will be an advantage
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Ability to generate leads independently
Comfortable with field sales and market visits
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Strong understanding of distributor/retailer business models
