Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Mumbai. The Business Analyst will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data and business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting decision-making with clear insights. The role also involves collaborating with operations, finance, and leadership to optimize workflows, support new initiatives, and ensure changes are aligned with organizational goals. The Business Analyst will participate in meetings, communicate findings, and help track the performance of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role in operations, consulting, or coworking/real estate services is beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with reporting or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
