We are currently seeking Architect to join our client's team in Chennai.
Job Responsibilities:
• Understand customer requirements and prepare the designs in line with customer requirements
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and designs provided.
• Go through the maker-checker process of design verification for self and other designers
• Visit sites to get initial measurements and site conditions for design and pre-sales purposes
• Prepare pre-sales design pitch, quotes and handle customers
• Take care of showroom tour of customers
• Get concurrence from project team on functional possibilities of the design execution
• Co-ordinate with other internal teams
Expectations:
• Thorough knowledge in design tools like AutoCAD, Sketch up, V Ray, 3DS Max, Revit, etc
• Should be capable of modelling a complete house in 3D and design the interior space that’s aesthetical as well as functional
• Should be ready to accommodate new software tools for designing and other purposes.
• Possess good communication and Rapport building skills
• Should be able to work alone as well as along with the team
Candidate Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: B. Arch, B.Des
• Experience: 0-2 experience in residential interiors. Freshers can also apply.
• Fluency in English
• Rapport building skills
• Telephone etiquette
• Communication skills
• Extreme Eye-to-detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• MS Word, Excel and Power point
• Interpret floor plans and design drawings
