📍 Location: Remote/Hybrid
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team and spearhead our organic growth strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO initiatives to drive high-quality organic traffic to our website and app, ultimately increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead keyword research &competitor analysis to identify search opportunity trends.
• Oversee content creation that's informative, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
• Optimize website content (product pages, categories, blogs) for targeted keywords and user experience.
• Develop and implement a data-driven strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant websites and blog publications.
• Conduct technical audits using website analysis tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc, to identify and address crawl errors, indexation issues, and mobile-friendliness.
• Monitor website traffic and analyze key SEO metrics (organic traffic, conversions, rankings), using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.
• Collaborate with the business team together and prioritize business requirements and work with the product team to develop SEO-focused platform features.
• Work on link building.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in SEO & digital marketing preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies and driving organic traffic growth.
• Strong understanding of SEO & ASO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret and effectively communicate SEO data through dashboards using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with SEO/ASO tools like Google Search Console, Semrush, ahref, etc.
• Familiarity with Google algorithms and updates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
