HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will focus on managing the recruitment process for Softline Staff positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer processing, and pre-joining activities.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
Source candidates through recruitment portals, social media, and other relevant channels.
Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
Conduct preliminary candidate discussions and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with the respective interview panels.
Communicate with selected candidates regarding the offer process.
Manage pre-joining coordination and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment records and prepare MIS reports.
Monitor open positions and work towards closing requirements within defined timelines.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with recruitment portals and social media sourcing.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements.
Knowledge or interest in Employer Branding will be an added advantage.
