We’re Hiring: Admission Counsellor (EdTech)
📍 Location: Indore/ Bhopal (M.P.)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
💰 Compensation: Fixed Salary up to ₹15,000 – ₹30,000+ Incentives based on performance
🎯 Role Type: Inside Sales / Tele-calling (No field work)
🎯Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply)
🕒Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday - Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective students using the provided lead database.
Clearly explain course details, batch schedules, fee structure, and preparation approach.
Address queries and handle objections confidently
Conduct regular follow-ups to close admissions
No cold calling — leads will be provided by the company.
Meet monthly enrollment targets of ₹1.5 to ₹4 lakh, depending on experience and assigned leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment
Must have a personal laptop
Willingness to work from the Bhopal office
