Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified Financial Planner role based in Nasik. The Certified Financial Planner will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, current assets, income, and liabilities, and develop comprehensive financial plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing retirement and investment strategies, evaluating insurance and tax implications, and recommending appropriate financial products in line with regulatory standards. The role involves ongoing monitoring of client portfolios, reviewing and updating plans as circumstances change, and maintaining clear, regular communication to ensure clients understand their options. The planner will also collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate documentation to support compliance and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning, with the ability to create holistic and goal-based financial plans.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification or equivalent certification, with a solid foundation in Finance principles.
Expertise in Retirement Planning, including designing strategies for income, wealth preservation, and risk management in later life.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
Clear and empathetic communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with financial planning software, spreadsheets, and basic office productivity tools.
Prior experience in client-facing financial advisory or wealth management roles is preferred.
