About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated Data Science graduates from IITs with 1-3 years of experience who can leverage advanced analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI techniques to solve real-world business challenges. The role involves working across the complete AI lifecycle, from data discovery and model development to deployment and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Learning & AI Solutions
Develop and deploy ML models for predictive analytics, forecasting, recommendation systems, NLP, and classification problems.
Build and optimize feature engineering pipelines.
Implement model monitoring, retraining, and performance evaluation frameworks.
Generative AI & LLM Applications
Design and implement RAG pipelines and enterprise AI assistants.
Work with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for enterprise use cases.
Analytics & Business Insights
Translate business problems into analytical solutions.
Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling.
Create actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
Production AI Systems
Deploy AI/ML workloads on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Work with MLOps tools such as MLFlow, Kubeflow, Databricks, or Vertex AI.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product teams to operationalize models.
Required Qualifications
Education
B.Tech/M.Tech from IITs only in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Experience
1-3 years of hands-on Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI experience.
Experience delivering models into production environments.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.
Experience with Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost.
Strong understanding of Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, and Experiment Design.
Experience handling structured and unstructured data.
Preferred Skills
Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG.
Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Databricks, Spark, MLFlow.
Vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
MLOps and model deployment experience.
