About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models and architectural drawings for various building projects while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
Create and modify 3D BIM models based on architectural designs and project requirements.
Coordinate architectural models with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.
Identify and resolve design and model clashes in coordination with the project team.
Prepare BIM families, templates, schedules, and documentation as required.
Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
Participate in design coordination meetings and incorporate required revisions.
Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers.
Ensure BIM models are developed according to project BIM standards and workflows.
Maintain proper version control and project documentation.
Support the team in producing drawings and documentation for design development and construction.
Assist in improving BIM workflows, standards, and project delivery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in BIM/Architectural projects.
Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
Good understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.
Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Knowledge of BIM standards and project workflows is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality, or large-scale building projects.
Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination tools.
Knowledge of Revit family creation and parameter management.
Familiarity with BIM documentation and project standards.
Experience coordinating with MEP and structural teams.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Architect role for freshers, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The BIM Architect will support project teams in developing and maintaining Building Information Models for architectural and engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency of design information. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and senior architects, and assisting in the preparation of submittals and project documentation. The role involves working with BIM software to integrate multidisciplinary inputs, resolve modeling issues, and support design reviews. The BIM Architect will also contribute to quality control processes, learn and apply company standards, and participate in training related to emerging technologies and workflows.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and ability to interpret and develop Architectural Drawings.
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with interest in advancing BIM skills.
Ability to prepare and manage Construction Drawings in coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
Understanding of Submittals, basic documentation processes, and support for project delivery requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with industry-standard CAD/BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and basic 3D modeling skills.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to follow technical standards and guidelines.
Effective communication skills and capacity to collaborate in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
Interest in engineering design, smart infrastructure, and technology-enabled construction is beneficial.
