Role Description The Dy. Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tharad. This position supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising site operations, coordinating with contractors, clients, and internal teams, tracking project progress, and preparing regular reports and documentation. The role involves managing materials and resources, assisting with scheduling, and resolving operational issues to keep work on track. The Dy. Project Manager also helps ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including project planning, coordination, and monitoring.
Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control practices for construction projects.
Skills in logistics management, including material handling, supply chain coordination, and site resource planning.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
Ability to lead site teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and contract management.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management software; experience with construction scheduling tools is an advantage.
