Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting and improving HR operations across CareerBloc’s recruitment services. This role involves managing HR processes, administering employee benefits, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and update HR policies, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and support workforce planning. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with onboarding and offboarding, handling employee inquiries, coordinating performance and development initiatives, and contributing to employee engagement efforts. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting process improvements, and partnering with leadership to promote a positive, inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience with core HR processes and best practices.
Candidates should possess skills in developing and implementing HR Policies, with attention to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess skills related to Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including record-keeping, employee relations support, and coordination of HR activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders in a remote environment.
Working knowledge of HRIS or HR-related software tools and proficiency in standard office productivity applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and apply sound judgment in sensitive situations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Prior experience in recruitment support, talent acquisition, or HR coordination is preferred.
