We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive for our Hospitality ERP Solutions team! If you have a passion for hospitality tech and a knack for solving complex operational challenges, we want you.
Role: Pre-Sales Executive – Hospitality ERP
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in technical hospitality operations
Location: India - Remote
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and hotel operators. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver impactful product demonstrations, map client requirements, and show hotel general managers, owners, and CFOs how our platform can optimize their operations.
What You Will Do:
Lead dynamic software demonstrations tailored to specific hotel, resort, or restaurant group workflows.
Conduct technical scoping sessions to understand prospect pain points across front-office, POS, inventory, and finance modules.
Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and manage technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, software consulting, or senior hotel operations utilizing advanced Property Management Systems (PMS) or enterprise ERPs.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of hospitality workflows, guest journeys, point-of-sale systems, and back-office accounting.
Tech Savvy: Strong familiarity with hospitality tech ecosystems and enterprise architecture.
Communication: Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to confidently present to C-level hospitality executives.
