Role Description The Intern – Talent Acquisition will support the recruitment function and help build high-performing teams at BrightCHAMPS. This internship is an on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with end-to-end hiring activities, such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help manage job postings, support employer branding initiatives, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Additional tasks may include updating recruitment reports, engaging with candidates to provide timely communication, and contributing to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to coordinate and support structured selection processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, including promoting BrightCHAMPS’ culture and opportunities across relevant platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office tools and comfort using recruitment or HR systems is beneficial.
Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations, especially within the edtech or startup ecosystem.
