Role Description
This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Daily responsibilities include assisting with job postings, updating applicant tracking systems, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and helping organize recruitment drives or campus hiring events. The intern will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as crafting recruitment messages, supporting social media campaigns, and representing BrightCHAMPS at events when needed. This internship offers hands-on experience in modern talent acquisition practices within a fast-paced, mission-driven edtech environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating the selection process.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to support structured interview processes and evaluation documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, helping promote BrightCHAMPS as an employer of choice through content, events, and candidate engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Comfort with using HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and spreadsheets; proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is preferred.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required.
Interest in the edtech sector and passion for supporting a mission-driven organization focused on empowering children through education.
