Talent Acquisition Intern
Location:HSR Layout, Bangalore – Work from Office
Work Days:Monday to Saturday
Working Hours:10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Stipend:₹10,000/month

About the Role
We are looking for a HR Intern to support our recruitment team in hiring teachers for BrightCHAMPS. This is a good opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals and other platforms.
* Screen candidates based on the hiring requirements.
* Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Schedule and follow up on interviews.
* Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
* Support the team in meeting hiring targets.
Requirements
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* 1–2 months of experience in hiring/recruitment is a plus.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
* Interest in recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
* Comfortable working from the office.
* Must have a personal laptop.
