Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition - Intern role based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting employer branding activities. The intern will also collaborate with various teams to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic and fast-paced edtech environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting practices
Experience with Hiring and Interviewing processes
Understanding of Employer Branding and its application in recruitment strategies
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passion for education and talent management
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
