ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
Preparation and submission of Bank’s Capital Adequacy and Leverage Rao to internal and external stakeholders (manual and system generated reports).
Liaise with Statutory Auditor(s) in seeking necessary assurances on key risk metrics.
Extract/collate and analyze necessary data points/Key Risk Indicators to review Bank level performance across all material risks and oversee adherence to Risk Appete and Tolerance statements in order to drive & maintain stability.
To assist in the development of an Enterprise Risk Management framework for assessing, identifying, monitoring and reducing pertinent business, credit and pillar II risks that could interfere with the Bank's objectives and goals.
To submit necessary compliance and risk related matters to ACB/RMCB at regular intervals.
Translate business problems into clear analytic problem statements.
Compute the Bank’s Capital Adequacy Rao (CRAR) and Leverage Rao in compliance to Basel/RBI requirements.
Prepare and publish Bank Stability Dashboards
Document and disseminate the Bank’s Pillar III and other risk related disclosures.
Assist in requirement gathering for assessing the various pillar II risks of the Bank
Monitor and implement Risk Based Pricing and RAROC.
Undertake Stress Testing analysis and its impact on CRAR.
Design and monitor Risk and Control Matrices defined as per policies. Assist in the documentation of the Bank’ ICAAP/CCAR/SCAP findings.
Educational Qualifications:
Post Graduate in MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance or Chartered Accountant
Experience:
4-8 years or more experience in risk management in a Bank/SFB or NBFC.
