The team
A Fortune 200 company building its Global Capability Centre in India needs a Legal Documentation Specialist to standardise how the legal team handles agreements, filings, and correspondence. Flexiple is running the hire. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
The remit
You will draft, format, and proofread legal documents against house templates, maintain version control across contract and filing drafts, and manage the document workflow between the legal team and external counsel. Accuracy and consistency matter more here than legal argument.
Own document formatting, templating, and version control for the legal team
Track document status across drafting, review, and signature stages
What we're looking for
2 to 5 years handling legal documentation, contract admin, or paralegal-adjacent work. Sharp attention to detail, comfort with document-management tools, and an LLB or paralegal certification is a plus though not required.
