Field Mechanic
Field Mechanic( Hooksett, NH)
What you can expect
$27.00/hour or more based on experience
Tool reimbursement program
Shift differential $10.00 per hour

What you will do
Travel in the field and jobsites and work in the shop as needed (CDL a plus)
Plans work procedure and/or possible solutions such as part redesign, substitution of material or parts, or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies in conjunction with Equipment Superintendent
Trouble shoot and maintain all types of heavy equipment including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, pavers and rollers
Examines equipment and discusses with superintendent, operator, or project manager the nature and extent of damage or malfunction
Ensure engagement of equipment team in all safety best practices, ensure compliance with all company policies and safety rules
Work closely with all equipment manufactures to keep up with new technology
