CRH are recruiting for a Mobility Coordinator to join our Fleet Management team, within Porcurement. The successful candidate will coordinate, monitor and steering of the applicable suppliers like Fleet Management Agents and lease suppliers on country level for the passenger cars, vans, mobility budget and bicycles, such that the contracts (KPI/SLA), costs and satisfaction remain in control.
Key Responsbilities:
Car Policy: Perform and monitoring of the ( unambiguous) car scheme and standardization on operational area.
Fleet Management: Coordinate and control the FM Agent per country and manage the performance and excesses.
Application management: Managing and maintaining of the car park system, car configurator portals and the supporting tools.
Supplier cont(r)acts: Build and maintain contacts with suppliers, dealers and partners and think together with the suppliers about changes or improvements of processes and products (price/quality).
Work process and documentation: Identify improvement opportunities in the process, procedures, instruments, formulate improvement proposals to realize them in cooperation with the Mobility Manager
Communication: Professional discussion partner with clear and well explained communication to all stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:
Education on at least secondary vocational level
Preferably a financial background with strong analytical skills
5 years of experience in operational fleet management
Familiar with lease companies and the automotive market
Fluent English
