Position Overview

In this role, you’ll perform general site maintenance and pour/maintaining of the ecology blocks. You’ll play an integral part as we provide materials to help build our communities. We work hard, and we have fun doing it!

Wage: $20 - $22/HR, DOE

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Maintains cleanliness of batch plant/yard premises
Responsible for collecting and emptying garbage
Performs general landscape duties
Operates water truck, and pick-up truck
Demonstrates safe work habits and takes an active role in the Company’s safety program
Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
Other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Regular and timely attendance.
Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.
Routinely assist other members of the workforce in different areas of production

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Valid driver’s license required
