Project Manager - Interior Designer

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can independently take ownership of interior projects and manage clients from design coordination through execution and handover.
The role requires someone who can be the single point of coordination for the client, while working closely with designers, vendors, contractors and the internal project team to ensure quality, timelines and budgets are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Independently manage multiple clients and interior projects.
* Take ownership of client communication, meetings, expectations and regular project updates.
* Understand approved designs, drawings, BOQs, specifications and project scope.
* Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and execution timelines.
* Coordinate between clients, designers, site teams, contractors, vendors and suppliers.
* Conduct regular site visits and project reviews.
* Ensure execution is aligned with approved 2D/3D designs, drawings, materials and specifications.
* Coordinate material selections, quotations, approvals and procurement requirements.
* Monitor vendors and contractors for quality, cost and timely delivery.
* Identify delays or execution issues early and take responsibility for resolving/escalating them.
* Maintain project documentation, MOMs, progress reports and client approvals.
* Manage the project through execution, snagging and final handover.
* Take complete accountability for client experience and project delivery.
Experience & Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design project management / execution.
* Proven experience independently managing clients and projects is essential.
* Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
* Strong understanding of interior execution, drawings, BOQs, materials and site processes.
* Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and 3D designs.
* Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong vendor, contractor and site-team management skills.
* Good planning, problem-solving and decision-making ability.
* Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong ownership — someone who does not wait for follow-ups to move a project forward.
* Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
