Role Description The Ecommerce Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s online sales channels, including marketplace platforms and the company’s own ecommerce site. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing campaigns, optimizing product listings, tracking performance metrics, coordinating promotions, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across digital touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with sales, operations, and design teams to align inventory, pricing, and creative content with marketing strategies. The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will regularly analyze customer behavior, refine marketing tactics, and support long-term brand growth in domestic and international markets.
Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce experience, including managing online marketplaces and brand-owned web stores.
Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales to plan campaigns and drive revenue growth.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize conversion and retention.
Effective Project Management skills to coordinate campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media ads, email marketing) is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with FMCG or food and beverage brands, especially premium or D2C products, is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
