Job Overview: This is a junior-level, full-time position for Patient Counselling and Teleconsultation. This role involves providing teleconsultation services to prospective and current patients, educating them about IVF processes, and ensuring a supportive and informative environment. The candidate will need to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in client relationship management to maintain and enhance patient interactions effectively.
Thorough knowledge of the IVF process to provide accurate and comprehensive information to patients.
Capability to schedule appointments efficiently while ensuring effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
Adept understanding of confidentiality to maintain patient privacy and comply with all regulations.
Excellent active listening skills to understand and address patient concerns empathetically and accurately.
Demonstrated team collaboration skills (Mandatory skill) to work seamlessly with other healthcare professionals.
Strong patient education skills (Mandatory skill) to inform patients clearly about procedures, risks, and benefits.
Proficiency in counseling techniques (Mandatory skill) to support and guide patients throughout their consultation process.
Roles and Responsibilitie:
Conduct teleconsultations to deliver patient care services aligned with the clinic's protocols and best practice
Educate patients on IVF procedures, potential risks, and benefits, ensuring informed decision-making.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and cohesive patient support services.
Manage patient queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses to facilitate satisfaction
Schedule and manage appointments effectively while keeping track of consultations and follow-up visits
Utiilize active listening techniques to understand patient concerns and provide appropriate counseling.
Maintain patient confidentiality by safeguarding all personal health information throughout the consultation process
Foster a supportive and empathetic environment to enhance the patient’s experienceand satisfaction.
