Hiring: Online IMO (Mathematics Olympiad) Faculty – Grades 5 & 6
SOF Olympiad Trainer is looking for passionate and experienced Online Mathematics Faculty to teach IMO (International Mathematics Olympiad) students of Grades 5 & 6.
Role Overview
We are looking for teachers who can simplify concepts, make learning engaging, and help students excel in Olympiad examinations through strong conceptual teaching and effective problem-solving techniques.
Eligibility
Active teaching experience in a reputed school (CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE or equivalent).
Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics for Grades 5 & 6
Ability to teach beyond the school curriculum with an Olympiad-oriented approach.
Prior experience teaching students for Olympiads will be given preference.
Must own and be proficient in using a pen tablet (Pentab) for online teaching.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep students actively engaged in live online classes.
Class Schedule
3 classes per week
1-hour sessions
Evening slots between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM (IST)
Compensation
₹800–₹1,000 per hour, based on teaching experience, subject expertise, and performance in the demo class.
Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of two stages:
Submission of a recorded online teaching demo using a pen tablet.
A live online demo class to assess conceptual clarity, teaching methodology, student engagement, and overall presentation skills.
