Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

JBAC Innovations is a product company in Gandhinagar. You will handle marketing for two products:
QEase — software for hospitals and clinics to manage patient queues and appointments
Buzzire — a face-verified dating app, live on Google Play in Pune, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and other cities
These are two very different audiences. Hospital owners on one side, young app users on the other. You need to be comfortable switching between both.
What you will do:
Run Buzzire's existing social accounts — Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube — and grow them
Build QEase's presence from zero — LinkedIn and content for hospital owners
Create posts, reels and short videos for both
Run paid ads: Google and LinkedIn for QEase, and app install campaigns for Buzzire
Track results — installs, signups and demo requests. Not just likes and reach.
Report monthly on what worked and what did not
What we need:
2–4 years in social media or digital marketing
You have personally run an ad account. Please share screenshots or examples with real spend.
You can write in English, Gujarati and Hindi
Basic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut are fine)
Portfolio required — accounts you handled, ads you ran, content you made
Good to have: consumer app marketing, app install campaigns, healthcare or B2B experience, SEO
