Management Accountant
A Fortune 200 company building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India

A Fortune 200 global organisation is standing up its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire senior management accounting talent. You will build the internal reporting and cost-control backbone that leadership across regions relies on. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Management Accountant, you will own management reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis for the centre, giving regional and global leadership a clear, decision-ready view of performance.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Budgeting
Own the monthly management reporting pack across multiple cost centres
Lead the annual budget cycle and quarterly rolling forecasts
Analyse cost drivers, margins, and headcount spend across functions
Controls & Business Partnering
Run variance analysis and present drivers to regional leadership
Partner with function heads to plan, track, and control spend
Strengthen reporting controls and standardise processes across the centre
Ideal Candidate Profile
5 to 10 years in management accounting, FP&A, or cost analysis
Experience reporting into a multi-country or shared-services structure
Hands-on with a major ERP such as SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
CMA, CIMA, CA, or an MBA in Finance
Experience in a GCC, shared-services, or large-enterprise finance function
Exposure to global reporting standards and consolidation
