Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in West Delhi. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, preparing invoices, and handling accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting, reconciling bank and account balances, and monitoring cash flow. The Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies, while supporting audits and internal reporting. Collaboration with operations and management teams to provide financial insights and improve cost control will be a key part of the position.
Qualifications
Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and solid MS Excel skills, including spreadsheets and basic analysis.
Knowledge of local tax laws, GST, TDS, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Ability to prepare budgets, analyze variances, and support financial planning and cost control initiatives.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Prior experience in a manufacturing, technology, or IoT-focused organization is beneficial.
