Role Description The 3D Visualizer will create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations that clearly communicate architectural concepts and design intent. This full-time remote role involves working closely with architects and designers to transform sketches, drawings, and design briefs into realistic perspectives, interior and exterior views, and walkthroughs. Day-to-day tasks include setting up scenes, applying materials and textures, managing lighting and shadows, and refining details for presentation-ready visuals. The 3D Visualizer will organize and maintain a library of assets, ensure consistency with project standards, and deliver work within agreed timelines. The role also involves collaborating on design reviews, incorporating feedback, and supporting project proposals and client presentations with compelling visual content.
Qualifications
Strong visualization skills, including the ability to translate architectural concepts into clear, realistic 3D views and renderings.
Proficiency in graphics and graphic design to produce visually coherent layouts, presentations, and supporting visual materials.
Solid understanding of lighting for 3D scenes, including natural and artificial light, shadows, and atmosphere to enhance realism.
Competence in drawing, both digital and hand sketches, to support concept development and visual storytelling.
Experience with industry-standard 3D and rendering tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar).
Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to work accurately with architectural plans and measurements.
Effective remote collaboration skills, including clear communication, time management, and responsiveness to feedback.
Relevant education in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in architectural visualization or a design studio environment is an advantage.
