Laser Technician – Kandhari Skin Clinic, New Delhi
Kandhari Skin Clinic is looking for an experienced, responsible and patient-friendly Laser Technician to join our dermatology and aesthetic team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dermatologists with laser and energy-based procedures
Perform delegated procedures such as laser hair reduction and other technician-led treatments as per clinic protocols
Prepare patients before procedures and provide appropriate post-procedure instructions
Assist with laser toning, microneedling, radiofrequency, HydraFacial and other aesthetic procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, consumables and equipment before procedures
Maintain strict hygiene, sterilisation and infection-control standards
Ensure proper cleaning, care and basic upkeep of laser and aesthetic devices
Maintain accurate patient treatment records, photographs and procedure documentation
Coordinate with doctors and reception for smooth patient flow
Monitor stocks of consumables and inform the clinic team when replenishment is required
Ensure patients are comfortable and well attended throughout their clinic experience
Candidate Profile
Prior experience as a laser technician in a dermatology, aesthetic or cosmetic clinic preferred
Experience with laser hair reduction is essential
Familiarity with Q-switched lasers, fractional lasers, radiofrequency, microneedling RF and HydraFacial would be an advantage
Good understanding of skin types, treatment precautions and post-procedure care
Excellent hygiene and safety practices
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Pleasant, professional and patient-friendly manner
Organised, punctual and comfortable working as part of a clinical team
Relevant technician, nursing, beauty therapy or allied healthcare qualification preferred
Location: Kandhari Skin Clinic, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-time, in-clinic
Salary: ₹22,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level
Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be offered based on productivity, patient follow-up and additional clinic responsibilities.
