Role Description The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, including preparation and review of financial statements and maintenance of accounting records. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes tasks such as monitoring cash flows, assisting with budgeting, and supporting financial reporting for internal and regulatory purposes. The role involves handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and coordination with auditors or consultants. The Finance Executive will also analyze financial data, prepare periodic reports, support management with insights for decision-making, and ensure adherence to relevant financial and tax regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Statements, including ledger management and basic accounting principles.
Candidates should possess solid Financial Reporting knowledge, including preparation of periodic reports and support for audits.
Candidates should possess experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST), including compliance, filings, and reconciliations.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or financial management systems is beneficial.
Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and basic understanding of insurance or financial services operations is preferred.
