Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Car Repair Technician role based in Noida. The technician will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in high-end and luxury vehicles, following manufacturer guidelines and workshop standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled maintenance, conducting detailed inspections, handling bodywork and paint refinements as needed, and using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve performance issues. The role involves collaborating with service advisors, maintaining accurate repair records, and ensuring that all work meets safety and quality benchmarks. The technician will also communicate clearly with team members about repair status, contribute to a clean and organized workshop, and support continuous improvement of service processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong technical skills in automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and electrical systems for luxury vehicles.
Candidates should possess proficiency in using modern diagnostic equipment, specialty tools, and following OEM service procedures.
Candidates should possess skills in high-quality bodywork, paint matching, and detailing techniques suitable for premium car finishes.
Candidates should possess abilities in problem-solving, attention to detail, and maintaining accurate service and repair documentation.
Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and customers.
Relevant automotive technician certification or diploma from a recognized institute is preferred; prior experience with luxury or premium car brands is an advantage.
Knowledge of safety standards, workshop best practices, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment is essential.
Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and repair methods, including emerging EV and hybrid systems, is beneficial.
