Role: Trade & FX Counsellor | Noida
We are hiring for a Trade & FX Counsellor role with a leading private sector bank.
Location: Noida
Experience: 4–10 years
Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Trade & FX business, revenue and foreign currency throughput across assigned branches.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange products.
• Support customer acquisition and portfolio growth through joint calls with Sales/Relationship teams.
• Manage and resolve customer requirements by coordinating with Operations, Product and central teams.
• Train and coach branch sales teams on Trade & FX products, processes and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for product penetration and cross-sell.
• Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback to identify business-growth opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to defined processes and service standards.
Ideal Candidate
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance, FX, Transaction Banking or Branch Banking.
• Strong knowledge of Trade & FX products and processes.
• Proven experience in business development and revenue generation.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
• Graduate in any relevant discipline.
