Experience: 3–5 years
We are looking for an operations professional to manage fresh and soiled linen movement between our laundry facility and assigned hotels.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily linen pickup and delivery across hotel sites
* Manage hotel/client communication and resolve operational issues
* Supervise field/frontline teams and ensure timely execution
* Track linen quantities, shortages, damages and reconciliations
* Coordinate with laundry and internal operations teams
* Maintain daily reports, audits and basic MIS
Ideal candidate: Experience in hotel operations, housekeeping, commercial laundry, facility management, logistics/last-mile or field operations, with strong coordination and team-handling skills.
