Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Power BI Developer at Office Solution AI Labs. The Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include building and optimizing data models, integrating data from multiple sources, and implementing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define KPIs, and deliver analytical solutions aligned with business goals. The Power BI Developer will also participate in performance tuning, documentation, and continuous improvement of BI solutions, while adhering to best practices in data governance and security.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing for building efficient and scalable BI solutions.
Candidates should possess experience in designing Dashboards and visual analytics that communicate key metrics and trends clearly.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying patterns, and supporting data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess solid experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to integrate, cleanse, and prepare data from diverse sources.
Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, dataflows, and workspace management) or similar BI tools.
Experience working with SQL databases and cloud platforms such as Azure or other major cloud providers.
Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and communicate insights clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in AI-enabled analytics, custom visual development, or modern data stacks (e.g., Python, D3, React, Snowflake) is a plus.
