Role Description The Tableau Developer role at Office Solution AI Labs is a full-time remote position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and interpreting business requirements, building data models, configuring data sources, and optimizing visualizations for performance and usability. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate analytical needs into practical solutions, ensuring data integrity and consistency across multiple systems. The Tableau Developer will also work on integrating data from various platforms, contributing to data warehousing and ETL workflows, and documenting standards and best practices. Ongoing tasks include troubleshooting issues, refining existing dashboards, and supporting stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and data insights.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in data modeling and data warehousing to design efficient, scalable analytical structures.
Candidates should possess expertise in developing Tableau dashboards and visualizations, with a focus on usability and performance.
Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to integrate and prepare data from diverse sources.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) are highly beneficial.
Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView, Domo, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
