Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in end-to-end
recruitment, contract/project-based hiring, and recruitment vendor management to support
our growing EdTech and training operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
· Handle contract, temporary, freelance, and project-based hiring for trainers, SMEs, technical and
non-technical positions.
· Manage bulk and urgent hiring requirements within defined timelines.
· Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment vendors/consultants based on business requirements.
· Coordinate with vendors for candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interview scheduling, and
closures.
· Maintain a strong vendor network and talent pool for recurring and project-based requirements.
· Maintain and manage the complete contractor payment structure, including agreed rates, monthly
payouts, deductions, revisions, and payment records.
· Manage contractor attendance and timesheets, ensuring accurate attendance validation and timely
submission.
. Negotiate vendor commercials, recruitment fees, and terms & conditions in coordination with
management.
· Monitor vendor performance against agreed TAT, quality, and closure targets.
· Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
· Conduct initial screening, HR discussions, salary negotiations, and interview coordination.
· Partner with business/project teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
· Maintain recruitment MIS and track TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, vendor
performance, and closure rate.
· Coordinate documentation, background verification, pre-onboarding, and joining formalities.
· Ensure a positive candidate and vendor experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
· 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
· Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, Skill Development, or similar industries preferred.
· Strong experience in contract, temporary, freelance, and project-based hiring.
· Hands-on experience in recruitment vendor management.
· Maintain and manage the complete contractor payment structure.
· Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
· Experience handling bulk/volume hiring and time-sensitive requirements.
· Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
· Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage multiple requirements and vendors simultaneously.
