About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our technology team in Spain and help design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, practical experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, Generative AI, and data-driven systems, and an interest in building scalable solutions that create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions.
Build and maintain production-ready AI/ML pipelines and applications.
Develop and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions where appropriate.
Work with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered products.
Develop APIs and services for integrating AI models into applications.
Evaluate model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
Optimize AI systems for performance, cost, and production environments.
Stay updated with emerging developments in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, and LLM technologies.
Contribute to technical documentation, testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
2–5+ years of relevant experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related role.
Strong programming experience with Python.
Practical knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and frameworks.
Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud or production environments.
Understanding of model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, or AI agents.
Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar technologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or MLOps.
Familiarity with vector databases and AI application development.
Knowledge of software development best practices and Git.
