The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, maintaining high service standards, supporting staff performance, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate activities across relevant departments.
Monitor guest services and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Lead, support, and coordinate hotel staff to achieve operational objectives.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
Monitor operational costs, budgets, inventory, and resources.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant hospitality procedures.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, maintenance, and other operational teams.
Support management with operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of hotel procedures, service standards, and workplace requirements.
Availability to work according to operational requirements, including weekends or public holidays where applicable.
