About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will coordinate shipments, maintain accurate documentation, communicate with suppliers and transport partners, and help ensure timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Plan and monitor transportation schedules
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers
Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documentation
Track deliveries and resolve operational issues
Monitor inventory and shipment status
Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable logistics requirements
Maintain accurate records in logistics/ERP systems
Support continuous improvement of logistics processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional working proficiency in English
Dutch language skills are an advantage, where required for the specific role
