Role Description The Relationship Manager – Permission Calling role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the professional will handle outbound and inbound permission-based calls with residents, society management committees, and other stakeholders to explain NoBrokerHood’s offerings, secure approvals, and strengthen community adoption. Daily tasks include engaging with prospects and existing societies, clarifying product features, addressing queries, documenting call outcomes, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Relationship Manager will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up on leads, and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders through courteous, solution-focused communication. This role involves working closely with sales, operations, and customer success teams to meet engagement targets and support overall growth.
