Role Description The Junior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role supports core HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The Junior HR Manager helps implement HR policies, supports performance management processes, and assists in organizing training and development initiatives aligned with safety, compliance, and productivity goals. The role involves handling day-to-day employee queries, contributing to employee engagement activities, and ensuring HR documentation is accurate and up to date. Collaboration with senior HR and consulting teams is expected to support a consistent, compliant, and people-focused work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational HR skills, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee record management, and basic payroll/benefits coordination.
Candidates should possess skills in HR policy implementation, performance management support, and employee relations, with a focus on fair and inclusive practices.
Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, documentation management, and proficiency with HRIS or relevant software tools.
Candidates should possess an understanding of compliance, safety-oriented work practices, and the ability to support training and audit-related HR processes.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage.
The ability to work on-site in Thane, collaborate in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards is essential.
