Role Description The Junior PEB Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves assisting in the planning, design, and execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, coordinating with senior engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery. The Junior PEB Project Engineer will support project documentation, monitor progress against schedules, participate in site visits, and help resolve technical and coordination issues. The position also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, adhering to safety and quality standards, and preparing regular reports on project status and resource utilization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with basic knowledge of PEB structures and construction processes.
Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with internal teams, clients, vendors, and site personnel.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and documentation practices relevant to engineering projects.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and familiarity with basic engineering and MS Office tools.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively on-site under guidance from senior engineers.
