Growth Marketing Leader
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Leader to build scalable customer acquisition and revenue engines using AI, automation, data, and experimentation.
This is beyond a conventional digital marketing role. You’ll own the complete growth lifecycle—acquisition, demand generation, CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, automation, analytics, and revenue optimization—working directly with the founders and cross-functional leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Own growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
Plan and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Drive funnel optimization, experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion improvement.
Build CRM, lifecycle, and marketing automation journeys.
Track and improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, retention, conversion, and marketing ROI.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Creative teams.
Build dashboards and reporting systems to identify growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth, CRM, Retention, and Marketing Automation.
Experience managing digital advertising budgets with measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical, execution, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
