Role Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer – Product Packaging Expert for a full-time, on-site, 6 days a week role located in Gurugram. The designer will design and execute premium packaging and brand creatives across product, digital, and event touchpoints. Manage end-to-end design for labels, boxes, and marketing collaterals, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and alignment with COAL Clean Beauty’s luxury aesthetic.
Job Role
· Design product packaging including labels, monocartons, boxes, and other packaging collaterals
· Create social media and website creatives aligned with brand identity
· Develop event collaterals such as runner boards, catalogues, shelf talkers, and more
· Ensure consistency in design language across all touchpoints
· Work closely with internal teams to execute creative concepts
Requirements
· Prior experience in graphic and packaging design or beauty/skincare/derma/wellness brands is a plus
· Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Editing, Video etc software)
· Knowledge of AI tools, motion design, and animation will be an added advantage
· Strong attention to detail and understanding of print production processes
· Good command and ability to understand & communicate in English
· Experience in completing tasks efficiently and on time
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
· Immediate joiner preferred
Qualifications
· Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in any related discipline
· Minimum 3-4+ years of relevant graphic & packaging design experience
