We're Hiring: Field Sales Executive | Hessa AI | Bengaluru
Hessa AI is building an AI-powered Workforce Management platform that's helping businesses run HR, Sales, Operations, and more — smarter. As we grow across Bengaluru, we need someone who loves being out in the field, meeting people, and turning conversations into customers.
This isn't a desk job. If you enjoy walking into a business, pitching face-to-face, and closing deals on the ground — we want to talk to you.
🔹 What you'll do:
Go out into the field and meet potential B2B clients directly
Generate your own leads through cold visits, calls, and networking
Pitch and demo Hessa AI's platform to business owners and decision-makers
Follow up, negotiate, and close deals
Build relationships that turn into repeat business and referrals
Report daily/weekly on visits, pipeline, and progress
🔹 What we're looking for:
Someone who's comfortable being on the ground and traveling within the city daily
Good communication skills — confident talking to business owners in person
Hungry to learn, sell, and grow — prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
Freshers with the right attitude and hustle are welcome to apply
A two-wheeler and willingness to travel across Bengaluru is preferred
Basic understanding of English/Kannada/Hindi (any local language advantage)
