We are looking for high-energy Non-IT Recruiters who enjoy talking to people, working on multiple requirements, and closing positions.
🎯 What You'll Do
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Understand client requirements and identify the right candidate profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
Screen candidates through calls and assess their suitability.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
Manage offers, negotiations and candidate joining.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Work on multiple and bulk-hiring requirements simultaneously.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
👀 What We're Looking For
1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Non-IT hiring.
Experience hiring for Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, HR, etc.
Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude with a strong ownership and closure mindset.
Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
