As a Generalist (AI Training Specialist), you will contribute to the development and improvement of next-generation Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems through thoughtful analysis, evaluation, and high-quality written input. You will review diverse datasets and AI-generated outputs, assessing their accuracy, relevance, consistency, and overall quality. The role is designed for intellectually curious professionals who enjoy solving problems and applying structured reasoning across a broad range of subjects. You will help identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback that supports better AI model performance. Working in a digital-first environment, you will balance independent work with collaboration across distributed teams. Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex guidelines will be essential to maintaining consistent and reliable deliverables. Accountabilities
Analyze, evaluate, and review diverse datasets to support Artificial Intelligence (AI) system training, validation, and improvement.
Produce clear, accurate, and high-quality written input in accordance with project requirements and established guidelines.
Review AI-generated content and outputs for relevance, accuracy, consistency, quality, and alignment with defined expectations.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement, providing constructive feedback to support model performance.
Complete assignments involving critical thinking, reasoning, problem-solving, research, and analysis across a broad range of subjects.
Follow project guidelines, processes, quality standards, and evaluation criteria consistently across assigned tasks.
Contribute to quality assurance and review processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate observations, findings, assessments, and insights clearly through written and verbal channels.
Work independently to manage assigned responsibilities while collaborating effectively with distributed teams when required.
Organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.
Adapt to new subject areas, processes, tools, and project requirements as assignments evolve.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Previous experience in data annotation, data labeling, content evaluation, quality assurance, research, or similar analytical work is an advantage.
Experience reviewing written content or evaluating information for accuracy and quality is preferred.
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and distributed working environments is beneficial.
Previous exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects or technologies is advantageous but not required.
